Here’s an alternate look at Willem Dafoe as Vulko for Justice League

As we continue to trudge along with the release of Justice League Syndercut we continue to get to see unused material and photos. For this post, we take a look at an alternate look at Willem Dafoe as Vulko as he was supposed to appear in Warner Bros.’ Justice League.

So ok, there was a quick scene which was released in the Justice League teaser trailer featuring Dafoe’s Vulko meeting with Jason Momoa’s Arthur Curry aka Aquaman.

This was eventually edited out in the cutting room floor we instead got the scene in Atlantis meeting with Amber Heard’s Mera.

So here’s that aforementioned alternate look at Willem Dafoe as Vulko for Justice League!

Really weird though how they would integrate this scene with Vulko in that “heroic” moment segment at the end of the film. Does this mean we get to see Vulko and some Atlanteans loyal to the queen appear? Or would it be just Vulko doing backup for Arthur?

As a bonus, we also have a look at Aquaman ditching the Atlantean armor and looking more like a gladiator much like how he looked when he first fought Ocean Master in the James Wan film.

This costume resembles the very teaser poster that WB released for Justice League too. Remember that “Unite the Seven” poster?
