Insomniac Games’ Creative Director calls out harassment from gamers for Spider-Man Remastered Face Switch

The saga of fan anger and reaction over the visual facelift for Peter Parker for Sony’s Spider-Man Remastered continues as the creative director for Insomniac Games’ Bryan Intihar has called out harassment

Okay, so the context here is that there’s a number of fans who weren’t happy with the face swapping that happened between Spider-Man PS4 and Spider-Man Remastered for the Playstation 5. Check out the difference between the two versions below:

Insomniac’s creative director, Bryan Intihar, shared his insights and frustration on his Twitter account…

Here’s what he wrote…

To our Spidey fans: I totally appreciate your passion, but sending me threatening notes that you will “HUNT YOU DOWN AND WE WILL FIND YOU! YOU FIX THIS NOW!” isn’t cool. With what’s happening in today’s world, let’s be a force for good and be respectful of each other. Thank you.

It’s disgusting there are people so mad that they would actually threaten physical harm to other people just because they were pissed off. It’s one thing to call out the BS that production has done on a game people like but wishing harm is another level entirely.

Here are reaction’s to Intihar’s tweet.

Yes, that’s Cory Barlog, the same director of the Playstation 4 hit, God of War aka God of War 4.
