Fortnite Chapter 2 UT Collection Arriving this September in PH Stores

Uniqlo Philippines has partnered up with Epic Games for a limited collection of Fortnite x Uniqlo shirts coming to the country soon! This is actually the second collection and its officially called Fortnite Chapter 2 UT Collection!

UTs (UNIQLO T-shirt) offer an array of authentic pop culture and art graphics from around the world that allow the wearer to express their individuality. Japanese global apparel retailer UNIQLO will release the Fortnite Chapter 2 UT collaboration collection from Monday, September 7.

 

The successor to the Fortnite UT collection launched in 2019, which proved very popular, the lineup comprises six designs that, owing to their unisex appeal, can be worn by both men and women and are sure to delight Fortnite fans and those unfamiliar with the franchise alike. Fortnite Chapter 2 features Llama, a particularly big seller in the previous collection, as well as such beloved characters as DJ Yonder and Peely. The designs employ Japanese katakana script and pop colors to make them even more playful, quintessentially UT pieces. Items will each be priced at PHP790.

Fortnite has become a worldwide esports sensation since Epic Games debuted it in 2017. By May this year, there were more than 350 million registered players worldwide. Online battles feature a large lineup of unique character outfits and items. Other attractions include such unique contents as in-game live performances of artists. With Chapter 2, which debuted in October last year, Epic Games overhauled the maps and game systems, making Fortnite even more popular.

The front presents a simple Fortnite logo, while the back design shows the character in pop colors.

 

DJ Yonder
The dramatic artwork depicts the character sporting a radio cassette player.

 

Skull Trooper
A dancing outfit is presented in cool and highly fashionable 1980s pop color styling.

 

Peely
The lettering takes on a banana motif, adding a splash of fun to the character.

 

Llama
The catchy design for this iconic character features its name in Japanese katakana script, delivering impact while remaining simple.

 

Drift
The character is presented simply against a white backdrop. The gold portion in the center is in a foil print finish.
