Locke and Key and Sandman Crossover Happening Soon via Locke & Key: Hell and Gone
If you’re a fan of the Netflix seriess Locke & Key then you’ll be happy to know that they are currently crossing over for a new project from IDW Publishing and DC Comics calle Locke & Key: Hell and Gone!
Writer Joe Hill and artist Gabriel Rodriguez will be doing the book which sends readers of Locke & Key into the bizarre world of Neil Gaiman’s Sandman. According to Hill, Gaiman is onboard the crossover as a curator and consultant. He’s been taking care of his property for a long while now and seeing him working together with Stephen King’s son assures us that the quality will be good.
Hill also revealed that the Locke & Key: Hell and Gone will have its roots in the upcoming mini called Locke & Key: In Pale Battalion Go, a story set in World War I and will lead directly to “Hell and Gone”.
The only sad news about all this is that it was original set for release October 2020 but due to the COVID-19 pandemic it looks like it would be pushed to around December 2020.
