#PS5 Launch reveals new Spidey game called Spider-Man: Miles Morales
Looks like Insomniac Games is picking up the pace with the confirmation of their follow up game to Spider-Man PS4 called Spider-Man: Miles Morales!
The game will be moving over from Peter Parker, who starred in the Playstation 4 game and giving players the chance to control the younger Spider-Man, Miles Morales. Check out the trailer below.
The game utilizes the power of the Playstation 5 and is scheduled for release during the Holidays of 2020 together with the Playstation 5 itself.
Sadly we don’t have a price yet for the game but we’ll be getting there soon. What’s important to note is that Miles is gearing up and becoming the hero he was training to be in the first Spidey game and hopefully moving away from the shadow of the OG Spider-Man, Peter Parker.
It’s also nice to know that some of the abilities that creator Brian Michael Bendis wrote in have materialized well in this game including Miles’ signature “venom blast” and his ability to turn invisible.
Update: Insomniac Games has promised to share more about the game in the future and also confirms that this is a stand-alone story starring Miles Morales. So there’s a possibility that this could be it’s own thing and we’ll have a direct sequel for Spider-Man PS4.
What do you guys think of this? Also I wonder what happened to Parker in this game?
