Angkas Releases Officially Statement vs recent LTFRB Ruling

Here’s the official statement from Angkas which was posted on their Facebook page regarding the recent LTFRB ruling to limit the number of riders…

To be honest, without Angkas and their motorcycle hailing service it would be extremely difficult to go from one place in Metro Manila to another with the traffic and road congestion.

The context here is that while the Angkas service gets the greenlight to continue operating, they have been asked to lower the number of operators from 27,000 to 10,000 according to this new ruling. This means it’s suddenly getting harder to book rides this Holiday season.

I really hope this gets settled as soon as possible.
