Breakout Philippines Issues Statement over “Breakout Scavenger Haunt”

Apparently A LOT of people weren’t happy with how things turned out for the Breakout Philippines-planned Breakout Scavenger Haunt which was advertised on social media.

Here’s what they posted on their Facebook account.

Last night, we had a few setbacks at our Breakout Scavenger Haunt. Unfortunately, the event was not up to par with Breakout and Haunted Manila Festival standards due to production concerns, setbacks and delays that it entailed as well as the unforeseen hard pour of rain.

We take responsibility for this and we apologize to those who were affected negatively. And at the same time, we congratulate all our winners who managed to complete the puzzles despite the circumstances.

We will take all your feedback and use it to learn from this unfortunate experience. Again, we deeply apologize and hope to be given a chance to earn your trust back in the future.

Hope they really get this settled, the Breakout PH team needs to get this sorted out quickly because they have a reputation to uphold.
