That’s right let’s take a look at Johnny Gargano in Wolverine-inspired gear for #NXTTakeOverToronto.

Because the new PPV event was in Toronto, Canada, it was a no-brainer that he wear Canada’s most famous superhero, the feral mutant Wolverine.

And man did he wear it with pride!

This is an ongoing thing with WWE Superstars too as we’ve featured other pro-wrestlers wearing comic book inspired ring gear. Rey Mysterio once appeared wearing a Mysterio gear. Seth Rollins also showed up one in Avengers Endgame “quantum realm” suit. Also recently, Rollins teamed up with his real life girlfriend Becky Lynch for a mixed tag match wearing Wolverine’s black and yellow costume.
