Chris Evans Has No Plans to Return as Captain America After Avengers 4

One of the stars for Marvel’s Avengers Infinity War, Chris Evans has been very vocal about his role as Captain America after Avengers 4.

In an interview with the New York Times, the actor has shared his thoughts about retiring Captain America.

He says:

You want to get off the train before they push you off.

This isnt the first time Evans showed his plans of retiring from the role. During the early stages of Infinity War, Evans was very vocal about his retirement. Later on though, he has changed his mind about the whole thing and decided to work on Avengers 4 together with his expanded Avengers buddies.

He’s even seen wearing his old Captain America costume for a scene in Avengers 4 that looks like it was set during “The Battle of New York” from Avengers.
