New Deadpool 2 Poster Channels Michaelangelo with Cable as God
Deadpool gets another go at the art world with this new Deadpool 2 poster which focuses on Michaelangelo this time.
This Michaelangelo-inspired Deadpool 2 poster takes its source from the classic Michaelangelo art and depicts Deadpool as Adam and Josh Brolin’s Cable. Rather than touching fingers though, Deadpool’s finger is touching the Cable’s gun.

This isn’t the first time that Deadpool 2 parodied a classic art work, during the Thanksgiving season, Reynolds and Fox released another teaser Deadpool 2 poster based on Norman Rockwell’s “Freedom from Want” with the heads of the sequel’s cast replacing the heads on the artwork.
Deadpool 2 arrives in theaters on June 1, 2018. The film stars Ryan Reynolds, Morena Baccarin, Josh Brolin, Zazie Beets, TJ Miller, Brianna Hildebrand, Stefan Kapicic, Leslie Uggams, Jack Kesy, Karan Soni, and Eddie Marsan.
