Stephen Amell, Melissa Benoist and Emily Bett Speaks Up on Andrew Kreisberg Sexual Harassment Allegations

In case you missed it, there’s new drama behind the scenes in Arrow because the show’s executive producer, Andrew Kreisberg has been slammed with a sexual harassment claim

… and that accusation has already led to the former’s suspension from his work.

According to the Arrow star, he stands by what the victims had stated regarding the producer but did not want to comment further with the investigation going on. He also adds that “if they need my help in any way shape or form, they will get it.” The actor also promised that he and the rest of the male cast and production staff of the show vow to create a ‘safe and progressive work environment for the women”.

Meanwhile, Emily Bett Rickards who plays Felicity Smoakes in the show had this to say on her Twitter account:

To the men who committed harassment, who perpetuated rape culture, who turn a “blind eye”, and complain about “reverse sexism”: you are weak and complicit. To the women who found the strength to speak up. To the women who supported one another and to the women finding their voice: You can. You are heroines.

Here’s the actual tweet:

Lastly, Supergirl star Melissa Benoist had this to say over the Andrew Kreisberg case…

We really hope that they get to finish the shooting for the remaining episodes of Supergirl and Arrow especially since this case has affected production to the point where they just stopped shooting.
