Doomsday Clock # 1 Spoilers – A Familiar Face Returns

Doomsday Clock # 1 spoilers! A familiar face that has been teased in Doomsday Clock makes his triumphant return in the book written by Geoff Johns with art by Gary Frank.

In the six page preview that was released after the title’s panel at NYCC 2017, we find out that the setting is 1992 and the world has found out about Ozymandias’plan.

Most if the surviving Watchmen have disappeared and Adrian Veidt has become a wanted man.

In another page, we see a very much alive Rorscach foiling a prison break.

Interestingly enough, the escaping perp was drawn to look like DC Comics’Dan Didio.

There’s also an interesting X-ray featuring a tumor that resembles the classic Smiley button that belonged to the Comedian before his death in Alan Moore and David Gibbons’seminal work.

Doomsday Clock # 1 spoilers definitely wants to make you ask for more Watchmen stories.
