Pacific Rim: Uprising – Gipsy Danger Joins Avengers, Becomes Gipsy Avenger

Tamashii Nations World Tour in New York showed a surprising poster for the upcoming Pacific Rim: Uprising film and gives us more details about the main jaeger in the film, Gipsy Avenger.

No details yet about Pacific Rim Uprising but its pretty obvious that Gipsy Avenger here would be the jaeger that John Boyega’s Jake Pentecost would be piloting in the film.

Interesting to note that it’s got all the good stuff from Gipsy Danger latched onto it including chain sword…

as well as elbow rocket…

We still dont have details for Pacific Rim: Uprising as far as how the kaijus and the breach returns but we do know at this point that Jake Pentecost is Idris Elba’s son and is rumored to drive the Gipsy Avenger.

We also know that the film will be directed by Steven S. DeKnight, the film also stars Scott Eastwood, Cailee Spaeny and Jing Tian, with Rinko Kikuchi, Charlie Day and Burn Gorman reprising their roles from the original film. “Pacific Rim: Uprising” opens Feb. 23, 2018.
