Rogue and Deadpool Kiss [Uncanny Avengers # 22]

Spoilers for Uncanny Avengers # 22 as one of the founding members of the Unity Squad of Avengers and X-Men Rogue appears to have hooked up with Deadpool.

After finally taking down the Red Skull (who made it personal for the mutants after stealing part of Charles Xavier’s brain) the two share this kiss.

Rogue of course gets a peek into Wade Wilson’s brain and sees one of the saddest moments in his life…

This was ofcourse the death of his lover at the hands of some wannabe Weapon X program.

Still while the experience was unpleasant at the best the two head back to terra firma and we get this little sliver of hope for the two good guys getting it on some time soon.

Also you gotta love the fact that despite this being a serious moment for both of them, one of Deadpool’s inner voices managed to chime in on the conversation.

Im still a Rogue – Gambit fan but I can give this a try. Wonder whats in store for these two.
