IGN Previews Injustice 2 Black Canary

IGN is in the frontlines again for hyping the game Injustice 2, this time we’re getting our first look at the Injustice 2 Black Canary.

We’re very pleased with the look they gave Dinah Lance here in Injustice 2. She’s got some bits of 90’s plus classic costume elements. More importantly they have the classic fishnet stockings in the game. That alone makes her worthy to join the characters like Robin/ Damian Wayne.

We also find out that this is set in the world where Regime Superman killed The Joker and was subsequently taken down by Insurgency Batman with the help of the Justice League of Earth 1. This is an actual continuation and if the character you’re looking for died in either the story mode of Injustice or in the long-running DC Comics book “Injustice” then there’s a slim chance they would appear here. Like how Green Arrow’s no longer in this game and gets replaced by his widow.

Injustice 2 will be released May 2017
