New Comic Con Poster for Vanessa Hudgens-led Powerless TV Series

NBC’s Powerless is set to premiere on TV soon and to hype up the new show set in the DC Universe, they released a Comic Con / SDCC 2016 poster featuring the main cast.

The Powerless show cast also includes Alan Tudyk (Firefly, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story), Danny Pudi (Community, Captain America: The Winter Soldier), Ron Funches (Undateable), Kate Micucci (Garfunkel and Oates, Steven Universe) and Christina Kirk (A To Z, Manhattan).

The series would revolve around Hudgen’s character Emily who works for the insurance company retcon and juggles everyday life in a world full of superpowered being. She stands up for the little guy in a place where gods walk the Earth so to speak.

Along the way she gets some sort of “cult following” within the company and that’s when things become really interesting.

Michael Patrick Jann will be executive producer for the show and will also serve as the director for the pilot episode. Ben Queen is also the show’s executive producer and serves as a writer too.
