Wuthering Waves Version 2.1 “Waves Sing, and the Cerulean Bird Calls” Coming February 13
Wuthering Waves Version 2.1 official trailer and new details have been revealed including the two new 5-star characters that can be pulled with their special banners including Phoebe and Brant!

For starters, Phoebe will be a character that can be pulled with this new version.
Other characters that players can pull in version 2.1 include:

Players can also expect three new contents for this version including:
