Marvel announces Spider-Man/Superman Crossover set for April 2026 release
Marvel has announced an all new Marvel/DC crossover following the success of Deadpool/Batman from 2025. This year’s crossover Spider-Man/Superman with Brad Meltzer, Pepe Larraz, Brian Michael Bendis, Geoff Johns, Jason Aaron, Russell Dauterman, and more superstar talent, arrives in April.
The new one-shot also celebrates the 50th anniversary of Superman vs The Amazing Spider-Man which was also the first ever Marvel/DC crossover.
The main story will be written by Brad Meltzer and Pepe Larraz which will set up a big team up between the two flagship characters from Marvel and DC as they work together to stop Lex Luthor and Norman Osborn aka Green Goblin. On top of the main story readers can also expect a “few surprises readers will be talking about for the next fifty years”.

The main cover will be done by Pepe Larraz with variant covers by some of the top artists including Sara Pichelli, Walter Simonson, Greg Capullo, Marcos Martin, Ryan Stegman, Peach Momoko, Erik Larsen, Jerome Opeña, and Russell Dauterman along with a wraparound cover by Kaare Andrews and a Foil Cover by Mark Bagley. A Logo Mash-Up Variant Cover will also be available.
