Ebi10 returns to Makati, with a new address and a refreshed design
Everything started with a family’s love for home cooked Japanese recipes, and a hole in the wall in Poblacion, a spot Ebi10 called home. Since its first opening, the beloved restaurant brand has spread its reach across various locations in and around Metro Manila, including Capitol Commons, Greenhills, Nuvali, Vermosa and Angeles. While the original shop has since shuttered, the Japanese comfort food restaurant has found its way back home to Makati, with the opening of its newest location in One Ayala Mall.
Just as it has always done, Ebi10 welcomes Makati residents and office workers alike to savor hearty and delightful Japanese home-style meals, made for sharing and enjoying with loved ones. Each dish in its menu draws inspiration from celebration and is filled with flavor and abundance. From the first crunchy bite of tempura to the final swipe of the plate, Ebi10 welcomes you home.
Originally known and lauded for its namesake tempura, Ebi10 has expanded its menu to cater to a wide variety of Japanese comfort food cravings. The menu features signature items such as a range of tempura offerings, which can be ordered by the piece, as well as beloved fusion sushi selections like Senju Roll and Tuna and Scallop Dynamite Roll, and plates for sharing like Bacon Yakisoba and Kani Salad. Enlivening the menu are new items, including mains Sukiyaki and Truffle Ponzu Steak, and noodle specials Seafood Mazemen and Gyu Ramen. Its fully-stocked bar serves up unique cocktails made for after-office festivities, as well as new mocktails Ichigo Fizz and Muscat Fizz, among others.
The new branch at One Ayala features a refreshed design, a collaborative effort between And a Half Design Studio and Studio Mara. With clean tiles against washed surfaces, Ebi10’s new spot comes alive with patterned noren curtains and a bright mural featuring the brand’s characters. The space also features a private room that can fit groups up to 10-12, great for birthdays, occasions and payday celebrations.
To celebrate the grand opening of its latest spot, Ebi10 will be offering 50% off its beloved donburis from March 24-28 and March 31, 2025. Diners can choose from Japanese comfort classics like Gyudon, Katsudon and Ebi10 Tendon, as well as bestsellers Garlic Steak Donburi and Tempuradon, and new offerings Yakiniku Salmon Don, Enoki Niku Don and Seafood Currydon.
Looking forward to the rest of the year, Ebi10 is excited to announce the upcoming reopening of its Eastwood branch, which will be the first Metro Manila location to offer teppanyaki. Already available at Nuvali and Angeles, Ebi10’s teppanyaki menu features family and individual sets, served fiery and fresh from the grill.
