Canon Philippines unveils latest PIXMA PRO printers

Canon Philippines announced the launch of its new PIXMA PRO series professional photo printers, featuring three models designed to meet the diverse needs of creative professionals and photography enthusiasts. The lineup includes the PIXMA PRO-200S (A3+), imagePROGRAF PRO-310 (A3+), and imagePROGRAF PRO-510 (A2), each offering exceptional print quality and advanced features for producing gallery-ready prints.
“The PIXMA PRO series is the latest in Canon’s consumer professional printer, offering high-quality printing specifically targeted for Filipino photographers and graphic artists who wants their photos to come alive on print. With these models, creative artists can produce prints perfect for exhibitions, archiving, or personal use,” shared Jian Liu, Canon Philippines director of Consumer Information and Imaging.
The new PRO series printers deliver outstanding image quality through advanced ink systems tailored to different user needs. The PIXMA PRO-200S features an 8-color dye-based ink system, while the imagePROGRAF PRO-310 and imagePROGRAF PRO-510 utilize Canon’s newly developed LUCIA PRO II pigment ink system with 10 and 12 colors respectively. The imagePROGRAF PRO-510’s expanded ink system includes red, blue, and two shades of grey, enabling richer color expression and superior tonal gradation.
The LUCIA PRO II pigment ink also provides superior light and scratch resistance to improve print longevity. Prints can maintain quality for up to 200 years, ideal for long-term display and preservation. This enhanced durability benefits prints on glossy and lustre surfaces, ensuring easier handling during framing, packaging, and transportation. In addition, the Chroma Optimizer in the imagePROGRAF PRO-310 and imagePROGRAF PRO-510 ensures exceptional gloss uniformity under different viewing angles and lighting conditions.
Each model in the series features a 3-inch LCD and wireless connectivity options for intuitive operation.
In line with Canon Philippines’ commitment to sustainability, PIXMA PRO-200S, imagePROGRAF PRO-310 and, imagePROGRAF PRO-510 models come in eco-conscious packaging, replacing traditional polystyrene foam with recyclable cardboard and pulp molds.
The PIXMA PRO series is available for pre-order at all authorized Canon Philippines dealers. The PIXMA PRO-200S retails for PHP 29,995, the imagePROGRAF PRO-310 for Php 44,995, and the imagePROGRAF PRO-510 for Php 104,995.
