Streamer Een Mercado shares bad experience after #boycottCOLOURETTEcosmetics became trending
Popular streamer and media personality Een Mercado shared the experience she had with the currently trending COLOURETTE Cosmetics and its CEO Nina Ellaine Dizon!
The tl;dr version of why this cosmetic brand is trending is because the CEO questioned the current administration on its relief efforts after the country was battered by several powerful storms leaving many homeless and devastated. A Duterte supporter then called her out for what she said and started to gain traction on Twitter until we got the hashtag #boycottCOLOURETTEcosmetics.
Now the gamer shared her experience working for the company and is slowly getting noticed and getting RT’ed for it. Here’s what she wrote on her Twitter post.
Hello to the CEO of Colourette Cosmetics, cant help but to talk about it. I’m not a DDS but when I was working in your company last 2017, we (my colleagues) reported your company for plenty of malpractices over your employees including me. #boycottCOLOURETTEcosmetics

Naturally, somebody had to ask if she had any kind of proof of what she stated and she did produce one.
And then the Colourette Cosmetic boss herself joined the conversation where she apologized and admitted her mistakes.
And we get some form of closure from this story.
I appreciate your apology, that you never gave me. It relieves something inside me. 🙂 I’m glad you apologized since I cut off. I hope your character development is true and youre treating your employees well nowadays. Wish you well too.
