Uncanny X-Men # 11 Spoilers

Let’s do a quick Uncanny X-Men # 11 spoilers today to get those comic book legs back in order. This issue is written by Cullen Bunn with art by Greg Land (who seems to have his tracing artwork deteriorating as time goes by).

In this issue, we see a bunch of mutants infiltrating what seems to be a military facility…

The goal of their little heist is to seize control of mutant killing weapons that humans are making for the “mutant threat”

In the Savage Land, Monet has to deal with the problem of her brother Emplate latching on her, which is very, very disgusting.

In another part of the team’s new headquarters, Psylocke and Magneto resume their year long trust argument. Magneto now appears to never remove his helmet for fear of what Psylocke might uncover…

Getting no insight to what Max/ Erik is thinking, M provides the perfect solution.

Meanwhile in another part of the Savage Land, we find Sabretooth hunting a Velociraptor.

The only problem with this instance is that he no longer has that bloodlust. He just lets the raptor live and escape.

But he also realizes that he wants to get it back, he wants to feel the thrill of the hunt.  And hunt the former Wolverine arch-enemy does…

Archangel, now merged with the Warren Worthington III persona looks below at the carnage.

And where do you think they’ve gone off to? Why its to meet with the Hellfire Club’s Inner Circle…

The biggest surprise though is who awaits Betsy and Creed when they do the meetup.

Yup, this is still Greg Land tracing over pornstars or models.

Not quite a pleasing issue although I love the fact that Sabretooth’s mental conditioning is slowly fading away, giving us back the murdering psychopath. Is the return of Wolverine (James Howlett) in the foreseeable future as well?
