TRENDING: Cainta Mayor Kit Nieto to auction off sneakers for COVID-19 funds

Hats off to Cainta mayor Kit Nieto who shared on social media that he would be auctioning off pieces from his sneaker collection which would be used as additional source of funding for Cainta’s COVID-19 treatment.

Here’s a little info from Wikipedia about Nieto:

Johnielle Keith “Kit” Pasion Nieto is a Filipino lawyer and politician currently serving as the Mayor of Cainta since 2013. He ran for mayoralty during 2013 elections under United Nationalist Alliance and was proclaimed winner, beating Veron Ilagan [of Nationalist People’s Coalition], wife of former Mayor Mon Ilagan.

Now check out some of the sneakers he’s going to auction off at a later time.

This custom Air Jordans with the Spider-Man artwork is definitely top notch. Wonder how much this could fetch?

He says that most of these sneakers would start at P10,000 during the bidding.

Again the one with Spider-Man is the biggest bet!
