Disney Channel has released the Star Wars Resistance trailer and it looks just as gorgeous as Rebels and the good news is that its set in the same timeline as the new trilogy so we can expect the appearance of familiar characters like Poe Dameron and more.

The short of all this is that this new pilot Kaz is signed into the Resistance as a spy to find out whos loyal and whos working with the First Order. The voice cast for this series includes Christopher Sean, Suzie McGrath as Tam Ryvora, Scott Lawrence as Jarek Yeager, Myrna Velasco as Torra Doza, Josh Brener as Neeku Vozo, Donald Faison as Hype Fazon (Faison as “Fazon”?), along with Jim Rash and Bobby Moynihan as Flix and Orka.

According to reports Oscar Isaac will be voicing Poe Dameron in the series (or at least the pilot episode) together with Game of Thrones’ Gwendolyn Christie who reprises her role as Captain Phasma.
