Namor has a new Look for Upcoming Avengers Story Arc

Namor is back. I thought he was killed before but he’s actually alive and kicking. And his next appearance would happen in the pages of the current volume of Avengers by Jason Aaron.

Namor the Submariner was one of the first few heroes that surfaced in World War II, he was part of the Invaders, the Defenders, The Avengers and even the X-Men. He’s currently seen hanging out with Jean Grey’s X-Men Red team as they fight against Cassandra Nova.

Regarding the new costume, it feels like a mix of old and new. He’s still bare-chested but has ditched the green scale trunks. Instead we get a green leggings together with coral leg armor running from his waist all the way to his feet. And while we can still his torso, most of his arms are also covered in the same coral armor. And once again, he’s brandishing a trident.

I wonder if this would be the same for his X-Men gear or it’s something he wears as he goes on an all-out war and scream “Imperius Rex” once more.
