NYCC 2017 – Milestone Comics Returns in the DC Multiverse with EARTH M
Announced this weekend at NYCC 2017 is the return of Milestone Comics under the DC multiverse in a project called Earth M with Milestone co-creator Denys Cowan .
The announcement was also done with DC Comics’ co-publisher Jim Lee who revealed that Milestone comics’ return begins in the Spring of 2018 starting with the book called MILESTONE written by Reginald Hudlin (Black Panther) and Ken Lashley (X-Men).
The book will feature Milestone’s first characters Icon and Rocket.
After Milestone, other books under the Earth M banner will then be released featuring some of the best talents in the comic book industry including Alice Randall, Kyle Baker, Ken Lashley, Derek Dingle and Greg Pak.
STATIC SHOCK, an ongoing series from Hudlin and Kyle Baker, focusing on 14-year-old Virgil Hawkins, a kid with a love of comics and science who develops dazzling, electric superpowers.
DUO, a new Earth M miniseries written by Greg Pak, introducing the twisted story of a couple sharing one body for eternity.
LOVE ARMY, a miniseries with story by Hudlin, about a secret army of women with amazing abilities and super-strength, sworn to protect the planet.
EARTH M, a new series from Hudlin and Alice Randall featuring a mysterious new vigilante character.
