The Hulk book returns to horror with Infernal Hulk # 1 by Phillip Kennedy Johnson and Nic Klein
Not so long ago we had the seminal Immortal Hulk book where the Hulk’s story converges with the horror genre, in 2025 we will be returning to that beat with the Infernal Hulk # 1 by Phillip Kennedy Johnson and Nic Klein featuring somebody new driving the body of the Incredible Hulk and aims to bring in the Age of Monsters!
So in a nutshell, by the end of the current volume of The Hulk books, Bruce Banner and the Hulk have been kicked out of the Hulk’s body and the villain known as “The Eldest” have taken over with the goal of conquering the world and bringing in his ideal “Age of Monsters”.

The evil known as Eldest has literally torn Bruce Banner and the Hulk apart and taken the Hulk’s body as their own. This new, unstoppable Infernal Hulk is ten times the monster that everyone always feared Hulk would be. The book will be hitting stores November after the current Hulk book wraps up with issue # 30 with a synopsis reading:
