ABS-CBN Digital team issues apology to Regine Velasquez Alcasid

Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez Alcasid posted a printed apology she received from the ABS-CBN Digital Team after failing to topbill her in a digital poster.

As you can see in the poster that came out a few days ago Regime’s image was awfully small compared to other talents that will also make an appearance in the show.

Obviously this did not sit well with fans of the singer who were outraged with the fact that new PBB winner Fyang Smith got topbilling together with two BINI members, Jhoanna and Maloi as well as James Reid.

Here’s what the Digital Team wrote and subsequently posted by Regine on her Instagram story.

 Hopefully this will squash any beef that came out of that.

And if you think it shouldn’t be an issue, remember that topbilling is one of the problems they had on the set of The Fast and the Furious as well as an important factor when it was time to promote and market Mad Max: Fury Road which is why we have Tom Hardy and Charlize Theron sharing equal credits for the film.
