Special mixes served at the pop-up event included the 1738 Collins with a crisp citrus taste of the 1738 Accord Royal with fresh lemon juice. Another featured drink was the Remy Sidecar, a complex and extremely balanced cognac cocktail named after a motorcycle owned by a gentleman in Paris, this blend had the balance of Cointreau, 1738 Accord Royal and a hint of lemon. The mixes were perfectly paired with delectable treats courtesy of Lagrima.

“This was truly the goal for #TeamUpForExcellence. Seeing young creative talents who are excellent in their own crafts getting together and bonding over a glass of fine cognac. You can really see the collaboration and friendships being formed which is what we value here at Remy Martin,” said Rémy Cointreau Philippines Chief Representative Ed Guzman.

“We are excited to bring this experience to everyone,” commented Rémy Cointreau Philippines Country Brand Lead Myke Soon, “So watch out for more pop-up events near you, we’re bringing Rémy Martin’s 1738 Accord Royal mixes to all of you soon.”

Recently launched at the Whisky Live Manila 2022, the 1738 Accord Royal is particularly known for its oaky smoothness and distinct fruity flavor, perfect for various mixes. The newest cognac has the mellow flavor of butterscotch, baked spices with hints of dark chocolate. With generous notes of plum and fig jam, notes of toffee and toasted bread, and an exceptionally creamy aftertaste and aromas. It can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or mixed in a cocktail.
