“Blade” star Wesley Snipes offers up sincere goodbye to co-star Kris Kristofferson
Blade trilogy star Wesley Snipes shared a nice tribute to his co-star and legendary actor Kris Kristofferson who recently passed away.
in his social media accounts he posted:
Family Kristofferson, Pardon the delay. I was talking with GM Kris about how he learned me, by way of example, baritones have more fun, valor is cool, real fun and fame is having a beautiful family and It takes bravery to be a “good” human with so many “vampires” around.
I told GM Kris, “Hey Whistler,” while on purpose, “you keep making those weapons—love, passion, skillmastery, and swag—and I’ll keep using them.”
Always your ‘Student’ aka “the #Daywalker.”
The two worked for the film with Snipes playing the Daywalker while the veteran actor played his father figure and mentor Abraham Whistler in the movie.
Kristofferson also appeared in films like Planet of the Apes and in the 1976 version of A Star Is Born.
Meanwhile Snipes recently appeared and reprised his role as Blade the Vampire Hunter in this year’s Deadpool and Wolverine starring Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman.
