The official statement was penned by Marc-Alexis Cote in behalf of everybody from Ubisoft. The company has stated that the new release date for the game would be Valentine’s Day, February 14 2025. Basically what they say is that they needed more time to make necessary fixes and tweak some game mechanics and add more features to the game. Refunds will be issued and users will also be getting access for the first expansion when it drops.
The company’s explanation to the delay for the game is that they wanted to polish the game which was set in feudal Japan where we play two characters with two different styles; Naoe, a female shinobi, and Yasuke, an African samurai inspired by the historical figure of the same name.
