FIRST LOOK: Jurassic World: Rebirth with Scarlett Johansson, Jonathan Bailey and Mahershala Ali
Jurassic World 4 is now officially titled Jurassic World: Rebirth and we have our first look at the new film directed by Gareth Edwards and stars Scarlett Johansson, Jonathan Bailey, and Mahershala Ali. Check out the first two images officially released for the film.
Above shows Scarlett Johansson’s character, covert ops specialist Zora Bennett together with Jonathan Bailey’s paleontologist Dr. Henry Loomis. Below we have Mahershala Ali’s character Duncan Kincaid holding a flare which is very reminiscent of what’s been done in the past Jurassic Park and Jurassic World movies including that one with Bryce Dallas Howard’s Claire from Jurassic World.
It’s safe to assume that Kincaid is either dealing with a Tyrannosaurus Rex or something similar. Could be his last few moments onscreen too.
The film also stars Rupert Friend (“Homeland”) plays Martin Krebs, the representative of the drug conglomerate funding the expedition. Philippine Velge (“Station Eleven”), Bechir Sylvain (“BMF”) and Ed Skrein (“Deadpool”) make up the rest of Zora’s team.
The film’s description also mentions something about aquatic dinosaurs that attacked a family on a boating trip sending them straight to island and on a collision course with Bennett’s team.
“Jurassic World Rebirth” is scheduled to open on July 2, 2025.
