Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle was released in 2017 and was directed by Jake Kasdan. It did pretty well in the box office earning $995.3 million from a production budget of $150 million. It also spawned a sequel titled Jumanji: The Next Level which added in new cast members such as Danny DeVito, Awkwafina and Danny Glover.
