METAL GEAR SOLID Δ SNAKE EATER Reveal Trailer; MGS Snake Eater PS5 Remake Officially Announced!
Konami has pulled the trigger and hyped up Metal Gear Solid fans with this Metal Gear Solid 3 Snake Eater PS5 Remake reveal trailer!
Check out the Metal Gear Solid Δ Snake Eater Reveal Trailer
This reveal trailer uses PS5 level graphics and focuses on the different animals in the jungle where the PS2 game was set. The camera follows different animals (that you can eat in the game) including frogs, crocodiles and snakes. We then cut to Big Boss aka Naked Snake walking out of the dark jungle and do random poses.
We cut to the details for the game which will be available for the Playstation 5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and PC via Steam.
No official release date for the game but I would like to warrant it could come out 2024 but I could be wrong.
The original game, Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, was released in 2004 by Konami for Playstation 2. The game was the third under the “Metal Gear Solid” and the fifth overall game which was written and directed by Hideo Kojima. It also serves as a prequel to the original Metal Gear game which depicts the early rise of Big Boss including the tragedy of The Joy aka Boss.
This is also the second time they revised things for Snake Eater as there was a remastered edition that came out for the Playstation 3, Playstation Vita and Xbox 360 called Metal Gear Solid HD Collection which also had Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker.
