Superman # 1 Spoilers – Lex Luthor turns LexCorp to SuperCorp and turns Superman CEO
One of the biggest surprises for this week’s Superman # 1 by Joshua Williamson and Jamal Campbell is the reveal that Lex Luthro has pretty much turned Superman into the CEO of LexCorp while at the same time pushing for a big rebrand for LexCorp.
Spoiler Alert for Superman # 1!
So while Lois Lane and Clark Kent are taking a break in the rooftop of the Daily Planet, something begins to happen to the LexCorp tower which Superman promptly investigates.
He finds out nanobots turning LexCorp tower into the new headquarters for Supercorp.
Mercy Graves welcomes Superman and reveals to him that Luthor has left full control of his company and resources.
To really add insult to injury, Luthor even made a holographic AI that would assist Superman much like how he learned about Krypton using his father’s AI in the Fortress of Solitude.
Clark leaves SuperCorp with the intention of talking to Lex but he gets sidetracked after another enemy surfacing.
Pretty interesting premise this new Superman book is giving us.
