At the end of the recent main quest for the Sumeru region for Genshin Impact, players were treated with yet another interaction with this region’s archon or god, Lesser Lord Kusanali aka Nahida and the goddess of wisdom drops some big reveals for the Traveler and Paimon.
In the course of the conversation between Traveler, Paimon and Nahida, she reveals to the MC that he/she is the “fourth descender”.
And not only do we find out that Lumine and Aether are the fourth descender, its also revealed that the mysterious character known as the Heavenly Principles.
Mind you the information that Nahida is giving the Traveler came from the Fatui.
This would likely mean that there are other otherworldly beings in Teyvat that we have yet to meet. For all we know we could have already encountered them but being how the ongoing story is, we might not have yet. Who’s to say honestly.
The fun thing about this new reveal about the Descenders is that it opens a big world of speculation for Genshin Impact fans.
What could the Descenders be doing in the current story and where are they? Could one of these mysterious beings be working with the Harbingers?
In the meantime, Genshin Impact just released Genshin Impact version 3.2 already. This Hoyoverse game is free to play and available on Android, iOS, Playstation 4, Playstation 5 and PC.
