Marvel Legends Gorr the God Butcher comic book version finally released
We finally get a good looking comic version of the Marvel Legends Gorr the God Butcher from the comics this time.
More photos after the cut…
This guy looks awesome as he’s got alternate heads and All Black the Necrosword that’s faithful to the comic book version much like this Marvel Legends Gorr the God Butcher which came from Jason Aaron and Esad Ribic’s Thor run during Marvel’s Marvel Now run.
Here’s what Hasbro had to say about this upcoming action figure release.
(HASBRO/Ages 4 years & up/Approx. Retail Price: $29.99/Available: October 2022

And this is soooo good compared to the Gorr the God Butcher figure we got from the Marvel Legends Thor: Love and Thunder wave featuring Christian Bale’s character from the movie.
In the comics, Gorr was a devout being who turned his back on the gods and conveniently lucked into the corpses of gods including one holding the Necrosword who chose him to become its new host and slaughter gods from different pantheons until he encounters Thor Odinson who ultimately stops him from his plans.
