UnionBank completes the acquisition of Citigroup’s consumer banking business in the Philippines
Union Bank of the Philippines (UnionBank) has completed the acquisition of Citi’s consumer banking business in the Philippines on August 1, 2022. The official signing was led by UnionBank president and chief executive officer Edwin R.
