Superman: Speeding Bullets is a DC Comics Elseworlds prestige format one-shot comic book published in 1993. It is written by J.M. DeMatteis and features the artwork of Eduardo Barreto. The comic book is based on the concept of an amalgamation of Superman and Batman.

It’s actually a nice story where we see baby Kal-El crash lands on Earth and ends up with Thomas and Martha Wayne instead of Jonathan and Martha Kent. And then Clark (now called Bruce Wayne in this story) grows up and experiences the same experiences that Bruce Wayne including the death of Thomas and Martha and eventually becomes a Kryptonian Batman operating in Gotham City.

Also yes, this is actually Superman dressed up as Batman and let me spoil the ending and that would be him ditching his Batman costume and embraces the Superman identity.
