ADAS 2022 opens in PHL with world’s top defense manufacturers as exhibitors
MANILA – The Asian Defense and Security (ADAS) 2022, the Philippines’ one and only defense and security exhibition, opens at the World Trade Center in Pasay City to showcase state-of-the-art assets, equipment and technologies in the world of defense.
Principally aimed at meeting the ever-growing needs and evolving requirements of the modernizing defense and security sectors in the Philippines, the ADAS 2022 features leading international defense contractors and manufacturers with the best technologies to offer.
Local and international guests and VIPs from the defense, security and civilian sectors usher in the three-day event.
Organized by the Singapore-based APAC Expo Pte Ltd, ADAS 2022 runs from April 27 to 29, and features unique, modern and unrivaled products, systems and technologies by more than 165 exhibitors from 32 Countries. These are mainly the top and key players in the worldwide defense and security industry.
The exhibitor countries include the United States of America, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Sweden, South Korea, Turkey, Czech Republic, Spain, Austria, Sweden, Japan, Australia, Canada, India, Israel, Germany, Brazil, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Greece, Denmark, and the Philippines, to name some of them.
Companies exhibit their products include Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics Mission Systems, Airbus, Saab, Brahmos Aerospace, Austal, Israel Weapon Industries, Korea Aerospace Industries, Israel Aerospace Industries, Elbit Systems, Embraer, Aselsan, Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, Rafael, Glock, and UAV Factory.

The ADAS 2022 is supported by the Office of the President of the Republic of the Philippines, Department of National Defense, National Security Council, Armed Forces of the Philippines, Philippine Army, Philippine Navy, Philippine Air Force, Philippine National Police, Philippine Coast Guard, and the Tourism Promotions Board.
The ADAS Series was launched in 2014, and since then, it has been held every two years except in 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
