Underwater scenes will definitely fuel the fire on the speculated involvement of the underwater city of Atlantis and their rivalry with the nation of Wakanda. Previously it was referenced with a throwaway line by Okoye in Avengers: Endgame but it looks like Marvel Studios will be going all out with their Atlantis reference.
In the comics its also nice to note that Namor and Black Panther continue to fight whenever and wherever they get the chance even when they are working together with the Illuminati. Before the original Marvel 616 Universe died in Secret Wars, in the pages of New Avengers, it was Namor that threw Namor down a high place officially kicking him out of the secret supergroup.
Before that though, when Namor was empowered with the Phoenix Force and was part of the Phoenix Five, he had enough juice to sink Wakanda killing thousands of people and earning the ire of T’Challa.
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is written and directed by Ryan Coogler and stars Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Martin Freeman, Letitia Wright, Winston Duke, Angela Bassett and Dominique Thorne as Riri Williams aka Ironheart!
