Funko announces Beyond Amazing: Sinister Six – Doctor Octopus Funko Pop

Funko has officially announced Beyond Amazing: Sinister Six – Doctor Octopus Funko Pop, the first of seven interconnected Funko Pop figures based on the comic book characters who are also a team of Spider-Man villains who teamed up to defeat Spidey.

The Sinister Six are a group of supervillains appearing in Spider-Man comic books published by Marvel Comics. They are drawn from Spider-Man’s list of enemies. The original incarnation of the group was organized by Doctor Octopus and consisted of himself, Vulture, Electro, Mysterio, Sandman, and Kraven the Hunter. While the team has had different members over the years, Doctor Octopus has generally remained its leader.

And this is such a good time to reveal this especially since Spider-Man: No Way Home is just around the corner and it’s pretty obvious that they will be bringing in the Sinister Six in the Marvel Cinematic Universe aka the MCU. In the upcoming Jon Watts movie starring Tom Holland, Zendaya, Benedict Cumberbatch and Jacob Batalon.
