And just like I feared there were some commenters who stated that the film kind of stretches itself too much with the introduction of a whole new lore that operates around the Marvel Cinematic Universe. There were also som reviews that stated that the new “rules” that the film establishes could pose a problem to future as well as past Marvel movies.

On the positive side, there’s a lot of reviewers who are excited to see where the characters from this film could take them. We all know that Kit Harrington’s Dane Whitman appears here in a supporting role and it will only be a matter of time before he gets a new monicker and the infamous Ebony Blade to become the Avenger known as Black Knight.

The film is directed by Chloe Zhao and stars Gemma Chan, Richard Madden, Lia McHugh, Kumail Nanjiani, Brian Tyree Henry, Lauren Ridloff, Barry Keoghan, Ma Dong-seok, Salma Hayek, Kit Harrington, Angelina Jolie and more!
