Windows 11 updates now rolling out on ASUS and ROG laptops

After partnering with Microsoft, ASUS has now announced that hundreds of ASUS and ROG laptops will soon get a Windows 11 upgrade for free in the coming weeks and months as the latest Windows upgrade has now started its rollout.

Microsoft started the Windows 11 rollout yesterday, October 5, and it is a staggered update, meaning the most eligible devices will get the update sooner, while older yet still eligible PCs/laptops will get the update by mid-2022 at the latest.

As for ASUS, devices, here’s a selection of ASUS and ROG laptops that are guaranteed to get the latest Windows update:

In case you missed its reveal, Windows 11 brings a whole load of features, including a revamped UI, enhanced multitasking features, improved gaming with DirectX12 Ultimate, DirectStorage, AutoHDR, and improved touchscreen features. Though the biggest feature of Windows 11 is arguably native Android app support
