Genshin Inpact’s Thoma Banner Pull Art Revealed
After conquering the Raiden Shogun, the next character that Genshin Impact players are waiting to get their hands on is Thoma. And we have spotted the Thoma Banner Pull Art online.
So based on the artwork, Thoma will be another polearm user with the Pyro element. That makes him the sixth Inazuma native to be released for the game since it opened their Inazuma chain of islands last month. He will be joining the other characters like the aforementioned Raiden Shogun aka Ei, Kujo Sarah, Yoimiya, Sayu and Kamisato Ayaka.
And did you know that Thoma is voice by Fil-Am talent Christian Banas?
In the story, Thoma plays the confidante of Kamisato Ayaka, doing groundwork for the commission head and doing the talking. He’s the first character that welcomes the traveler (Lumine or Aether) in Inazuma just after Beidou drops them off at the port in Ritou. He’s also responsible in getting the necessary documents to freely travel around the island.
In later parts of the chapter, Thoma is taken by the authorities with the intent of confiscating his Vision as per the orders of the Raiden Shogun and the Vision Hunt Decree. Traveler fights the Raiden Shogun and frees Thoma who hides for a bit until the battle is done and Ei gets a clearer head.
Thoma Banner Release Date
So far there’s no official word on the release date of Thoma. MiHoYo is keeping mum about this but many fans believe that he could appear in Genshin Impact version 2.2 which could be around October or November.
The second half of the current build, Genshin Impact version 2.1 already has Kokomi as the limited time event banner…
Fans are also expecting to get Aloy from Horizon Zero Dawn for Genshin Impact version 2.2; the character was added for free for Playstation users with v2.1
Anyway, here’s to hoping that Thoma would be a Five star pull character. Personally I lacked the funds to pull for Hu Tao back in the day and I surely missed on the chance of improving the game. Hopefully, Thoma could make up for this.
