Emilia Clarke joins Secret Invasion as unrevealed character
Former Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke joins Secret Invasion, the upcoming Disney+ series from Marvel Studios where she will play an unspecified / unrevealed role. If the reports are true then she’ll be the second confirmed cast member outside of Kingsley Ben-Adir who is rumored to play the Skrull emperor Dorekk.
Variety and other channels reports that the former Khaleesi is in final talks to join the cast of the Skrull-centric series Secret Invasion based on the early 2000s story written by Brian Michael Bendis and Leinil Francis Yu.
In this story, a cult of fanatical Skrulls invade Earth and almost conquer it by breaking the trust of both heroes and villains alike and replacing key members of society with Skrull infiltrators. The battle is won after a big fight happens in New York between the Skrulls and the combined forces of the Mighty Avengers, the New Avengers, the Thunderbolts and the Young Avengers.

Meanwhile the Secret Invasion already confirmed that Samuel L. Jackson and Ben Mendelsohn will be reprising their roles from Captain Marvel namely as Nick Fury and the Skrull Talos.
