Streamer Mika Daime’s Amplfy Partnership has been terminated after controversial comments made while streaming

Amplfy and by extent Tier One Entertainment has terminated their partnership with popular streamer Mika Daime over the latter’s comments in a recent game stream which was seen by her followers and supporters!

So the comments have something to do with (apparently) with one of her teammates. Where she may or may not have said something nice while livestreaming and interacting with viewers. Here’s the official statement from Amplify:

After careful review of the video uploaded last December 30, 2020 regarding Mika Daime, management has decided to terminate her AMPLFY partnership. Tier One Entertainment and its development programs do not condone out of line comments under any circumstance. We understand that gamers have the tendency to be expressive with their comments when the game gets competitive, but we also need to know where to draw the line. Let this be a lesson to us all that we should help spread positivity instead of negativity in the gaming community.

There’s also another issue being raised on various comment sections about her negative comments towards the FANTECH brand with people telling her that she started with fantech before being contracted as a paid endorser of Logitech. Former fans and supporters even shared screencaps of her post where she gave away Fantech products.

There were also some comments about her attitude in general, citing the whole “duality of man” meme.

As of writing this post, Daime hasn’t commented or released a statement regarding her release and the cancelation of her partnership with Amplify and to the same extent, Tier One Entertainment. its also nice to know that the streaming/streamer agency found their voice after many follower’s disappointment over the Valorant cheating allegations placed on Daime’s lap a few months ago.
