The second season has been teased as getting released sometime in 2021. We don’t know whether its because they are just starting animating the season or production of episodes have been slowed down due to the global pandemic. I would rather assume that it was the latter.

The Rising of the Shield Hero Season 2 was first confirmed during the CrunchyRoll Expo last year and for this year, we are getting juicy new stuff.

Check out the anime series’ Key visual which features our heroes in what looks to be a big battle…

Also I love that we’re getting more and more scenes featuring Scythe Hero.
