Twitter Reacts to the death of Chadwick Boseman
I’m still shocked at the death of Chadwick Boseman who passed earlier today at the age of 43 due to colon cancer. And i’m not the only one who got gut-punched by the news. Here are some of the reaction of the people on Twitter regarding Boseman’s passing.
Chris Evans
I’m absolutely devastated. This is beyond heartbreaking.
Chadwick was special. A true original. He was a deeply committed and constantly curious artist. He had so much amazing work still left to create. I’m endlessly grateful for our friendship. Rest in power, King💙 pic.twitter.com/oBERXlw66Z

“In my culture, death is not the end. It’s more of a stepping off point. You reach out with both hands and Bast and Sekhmet, they lead you into the green veld where you can run forever.”

The quote we used in our lineup graphic was from “42” where Chadwick Boseman portrayed Jackie Robinson:
“Maybe tomorrow, we’ll all wear 42, so nobody could tell us apart.”
RIP, Chadwick. pic.twitter.com/H2esjCNbql

Even NXT’s Johnny Gargano had something to say about the actor’s passing…
Legit loss for words. This sucks, man. The fact that he was able to push what he was personally going through aside to put smiles on so many faces speaks volumes to what type of person he was.
Black Panther or not.. that’s a real life Super Hero. #RIPChadwickBoseman https://t.co/HpfpTYCzZo

Ed Boon
Like Christopher Reeve…. @chadwickboseman was one of the very few actors who not only embodied but REDEFINED the hero he portayed. #BlackPanther #RIP pic.twitter.com/ysW9xuqhwU

That’s beautiful – it’s indeed amazing he was doing all this work while sick.
I’m glad studios still gave him the chance to shine. And shine he did.#chadwickboseman RIP https://t.co/j6zOsn0Ftx
