Jim Lee draws Lobo with proceeds going to a good cause
I’m trying to scour my brain to think of the time when Jim Lee did a solid splash page of Lobo so now I’m absolutely floored with this artwork. Jim Lee draws Lobo in black and white and will be given to a good cause.
The art features a crazy looking main man with his trademark scowl, cigar-chomping and what looks to be a spiked mace. Take note also that this pose is VERY reminiscent of Thor and his enchanted hammer, Mjolnir! Lee did the artwork recently and just like his Armored Batman Beyond artwork, will be auctioned off to help a comic book shop in danger of closing due to the COVID-19 and subsequent quarantine.

The Main Man LOBO as chosen by the high bidder on Death—@justintimeforcomics—in all his unbridled Bad to da Bone self striking a very Thunder God pose! Measuring 9×12” this pen and ink with whiteout sketch is a 3 day auction with proceeds going to benefit comic shops in need via @thinkingbinc. Winner of this auction chooses the next DC character I draw! Link in bio above. #comicbookunitedfund #60sketchesover60days
